Hydrotherapy: Introductory Course

This half-day theory and practical course is designed for physiotherapists. aqua therapists, and exercise science therapists working in the aquatic therapy environment (theory classroom, practical face to face).
Topics Include
History, physics, physiology, benefits, exercise principles and prescriptions, progression, equipment, techniques, management, screening, precautions, safety, staffing, documentation, and outcome measures.
